This website www.sebastiangunawan.com (hereinafter referred to as “website” is published by PT. Dona Atelier company is responsible for handling SG brands. Please read these Terms and Agreement carefully before using our services, you consent to applicable terms and agreements, without limitation, once you start using our services. 

PT. Dona Atelier (collectively referred to as “we” and “our”), as well as our affiliated companies that operate the brands SEBASTIANred, VOTUM, and SEBASTIANsposa.


We only accept exchanges for defective products and a NO RETURN Policy. Qualifications are as follows:

  1. Not used (unless for fitting/try-on)
  2. The brand tag is still attached
  3. No contact with perfume or any substance that may change the color, texture, size of the fabric.

Products eligible for exchange are products that are reported within 24 hours after the package is received at the shipping address.

We have the right to approve or deny "Exchange" of products if deemed not qualified by us. If you have the product sent to us without being approved, the product will be sent back to you with the shipping fee covered by you. Products bought are not eligible for refund. Please contact our Customer Service for more information.


Size alterations can be done, a fee will be charged depending on the required changes. Please Contact Us for more information


Please read carefully the terms and conditions stated in any vouchers/ e-vouchers received from us. Most promotions may not be combined with other promotions unless otherwise approved or stated by the company representatives. 


Our shipping rate will depend on your location, all products will be sent from the North Jakarta area. For international shipments we use DHL, or you may request your preferred shipping company at checkout (Final payment for SEBASTIANsposa customers). Orders will be processed within 48 hours after payment has been successfully received and confirmed. Orders made on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on the next working day. 

You will be sent a tracking number once your order is shipped, or you may request a tracking number for your shipment by contacting our customer service if you haven’t received any information within 48 hours of the given shipping date. Please make sure all shipping information is accurate, and inform us as soon as possible if there is any mistake to avoid delay and/or loss of items due to incomplete information, misspellings, or incorrect contact details.


We take reasonable steps to ensure the information on this website is accurate, there may be changes to the material on this website at any time and without notice, this includes our policy, terms and agreement, and other company-related news/promotions.

All information on this website is property of SG. Images, Logos, names, graphics, designs, scripts, copyrights, trademarks, any product related, and anything published on the website is all exclusive property of SG. Information published on the website is for personal use only, and may not be modified, uploaded, downloaded, republished, and/or exploit. 

For SEBASTIANsposa customers:

To make an order or inquiry, contact us through our Whatsapp at +62 818 1820 3088. You are then able to book a visit or book a video call session.

After your order is successfully processed, an invoice will be sent to you. Proof of Downpayment/ FinalPayment to be sent within 48 hours after receiving transfer details. Down Payment made is not eligible for a refund. Your dress will be delivered within 24 hours after Proof of Final Payment is approved.
