We only accept returns and/or exchanges for defective products. Qualifications are as follows:
Products eligible for returns and/or exchange are products that are reported within 24 hours after the package is received at the shipping address.

Our shipping rate will depend on your location, all products will be sent from the North Jakarta area. For international shipments we use DHL, or you may request your preferred shipping company at checkout (Final payment for SEBASTIANsposa customers). Orders will be processed within 48 hours after payment has been successfully received and confirmed. Orders made on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on the next working day.
You will be sent a tracking number once your order is shipped, or you may request a tracking number for your shipment by contacting our customer service if you haven’t received any information within 48 hours of the given shipping date. Please make sure all shipping information is accurate, and inform us as soon as possible if there is any mistake to avoid delay and/or loss of items due to incomplete information, misspellings, or incorrect contact details.

Down Payment made is not eligible for a refund. Your dress will be delivered within 24 hours after Proof of Final Payment is approved.
